WHAT IS DAD SZN?
DAD SZN was built by two NFL teammates who became something more important than football players: Dads. Pat O'Donnell and Nick Foles created this brand because they wanted to make it cool to be proud of being a Dad. They saw a world with endless resources for Moms and not nearly enough celebrating the Dads who show up every single day, not the perfect ones, but the real ones. The ones who are exhausted and present. Who mess up and try again. Who wear their Dad status like a badge of honor. This isn't just a hat or shirt. It's a reminder that being a Dad is the best season of your life.
MEET THE FOUNDING FATHERS
Pat O’Donnell and Nick Foles created the DAD SZN brand to celebrate their season of life as fathers, as well as embrace the unique experiences and perspectives of fatherhood. After becoming dads, they realized that there was a lack of representation and recognition for the important role that fathers play in their children's lives. They wanted to create a brand that not only resonated with Dads, but also challenged societal stereotypes and norms surrounding fatherhood.
The goal of DAD SZN is to provide a platform for Dads to connect, share their stories, and support one another in their journey of parenthood. Pat and Nick hope to contribute to a more inclusive and diverse representation of fatherhood, while also fostering a sense of community and empowerment among Dads.
Pat O'Donnell is currently a punter in the National Football League, husband, and dad to three children. His NFL career began in 2014, with the honor of playing for the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers, San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals. He was fortunate enough to meet and play alongside his DAD SZN partner, Nick Foles, during his time in Chicago.
As an NFL athlete and a son who
lost his dad to cancer, his mission is to leave a legacy that celebrates fatherhood but also offers a source of strength and encouragement for dads everywhere.
Nick Foles, a former professional football player, is a devoted husband and father to three children. His Christian faith is central to his life. With a strong father figure of his own and years of fatherhood now under his belt, Nick has continued to understand the importance of the father figure in a child’s life. His everyday efforts to be the best he can for his own children has inspired him to launch and develop the DAD SZN brand alongside Pat O’Donnell.
Nick enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors, training, playing Pickleball, improving his golf skills, and spending time with his wife, Tori. He hopes that DAD SZN will help cultivate strong fathers.
